Park Models - Right to Sell

If this legislation is passed, it will:
• Give Park Model owners a right by law to post a "For Sale" sign in the window of their Park Model
• Prohibit a land owner (RV/Park Model Community Owner) from forcing a RV /Park Model resident (or their family) to list their home with the land owner as their only option for professional representation

Background information:
The Long Term Space Rental Act (1999 “ RV Act”) was created by special interest groups with no voice representing the "little guy". This legislation must be amended to address the abuse of power by corporations who claim their private property rights supersede a residents civil liberties.
Many seniors suffer silently due to the fact that there is currently no government oversight over this type of housing. They have no one to go to, no one to protect them. Often it is nearly impossible for a resident (or their estates) to obtain a fair price for their home because they must compete directly with the land owner who has an unfair advantage.
The "RV Act" has also paved a way for monopoly power which has swallowed up massive amounts of land, created oligarchy's and are driving industry specific small "mom and pop" businesses into the ground by interfering with FREE TRADE.
